Philip Chalk

Philip has a deep understanding of how railway infrastructure assets are planned, designed, maintained and operated. He has been extensively involved in change management within large infrastructure businesses and, in particular, changes associate with their transformation into strong asset management organisations. Philip has wide international experience, having worked extensively in SE Asia, Australasia  and the United Kingdom.

His specialisms include providing strategic asset management advice to achieve best practice, application of risk principles to guide investment decisions (including renewals), whole of life optimisation and asset management planning. He has also undertaken financial valuations of roads, utility networks, buildings and airports following depreciated replacement cost methodology.
