Network Rail Consulting appoints Paul Holmes as State Manager, Victoria

PH2Network Rail Consulting, the international consultancy arm of Network Rail, is pleased to announce that Paul Holmes has been appointed as State Manager, Victoria for Network Rail Consulting Pty.

Paul has over 26 years of experience in the transportation sector for a multitude of clients in both the public and private sector and has developed a deep understanding of transport issues. Paul has led a diverse range of transportation projects worldwide for key clients including major institutional funding agencies, governments and large transportation providers.

Paul has a proven track record in business development, having the ability to develop, identify and understand a client’s requirements. An excellent communicator, Paul is well versed with the complexities of managing multi-disciplinary teams and in the interface between clients and consultant and fully understands the need of stakeholder management, particularly at Governmental and Senior Ministerial level.
