Neil Reynolds

Neil is accomplished C-Level executive recognised for growing businesses, building high performing teams, and delivering improved results and mega projects for some of the world’s leading Fortune 500 engineering and construction companies. He brings a broad-based background in developed and emerging economies and both vertical and horizontal construction. Neil now serves on several Boards as a Non-Executive Chairman, Director and Advisor in the private, public and third sector.

Neil joined Network Rail Consulting as a Non-Executive Director in March 2023.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Neil has held C-Level roles with global engineering and construction companies majorly at, Skanska, Biwater, CH2M (Jacobs) and Exyte. Stationed overseas for much of his career, this included the sales and delivery of buildings, infrastructure, industrial and defence and security, high technology facilities, water and wastewater treatment, environmental solutions, transportation infrastructure as well as major programs and complex projects. Neil has held numerous statutory directorships, chaired joint ventures boards, and acted as the executive sponsor on many large infrastructure programmes and key client accounts globally.

Neil is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and a Chartered Manager (CMgr), a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE) and is also a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute (CCMI). He has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales and has completed Executive Education at several leading Universities including Oxford and INSEAD.

Neil is based in Wales.
