Katarina Oliveri

Katarina holds over 19 years’ multimodal experience in both the public and private sectors within the Transport, Aviation and Tourism industries. Advocating and leading effective and forward-looking customer experience outcomes. A people leader, with a passion and focus on building Customer Experience standards and strategy’s, Innovation and project management.

Katarina joined Network Rail in January 2023 working as part of an integrated Delivery team, the role will lead operations readiness; in the space of customer and stations in order to successfully commence operation of Sydney Metro City & Southwest.

Prior to joining Network Rail, Katarina worked with Transport for NSW over numerous divisions and roles including Sydney Trains. Before this, she spent 5 years with Transdev NSW in multi modal Transport divisions. With her initial training and customer experience expertise spanning over 13+ years being in the aviation industry with Virgin Australia and Tourism industry.

Katarina is a professional member of the Customer Service Institute Australia, trained and certified with the University of Sydney in Transport Management, and holds certifications in Human Centre Design and Customer Service management.

Katarina is based in Sydney.
