Lesley Hagan

Lesley has 35 years’ experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing and Project Management. She was a founding member of two start-ups – ebookit and Oasis Hong Kong Airlines. Lesley has extensive experience in leading teams, training and development, general administration and process improvement.

Lesley joined Network Rail Consulting in July 2015 as Team Organiser.

Lesley’s background is in the travel industry where she spent 20 years in senior customer service positions with Cathay Pacific Airways and Emirates Airways in London. After moving to Hong Kong in 1999, she held the role of Senior Vice President, Airlines for online travel agent ebookit and later Head of International Distribution for Oasis Hong Kong Airlines. In 2008, Lesley relocated to Sydney joining Stella Travel Services (Now Helloworld) as Commercial Analytics & Planning Manager.   

Lesley holds a Professional Certificate in Management, Diploma in Management and an MBA from the Open University Business School.

Lesley is based in Sydney.
