Michelle Lemmon

Michelle has 20 years’ experience working across various Operations and Customer Service business units with demonstrated experience in planning & scheduling, senior level support, training of staff and management of diverse teams.

Michelle joined Network Rail Consulting in July 2019 as the Leadership Team Assistant supporting the Australian Regional Director and other members of the Australian Leadership Team, this included diary management, travel arrangements, reporting, bid support and other general admin duties.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Michelle was the Key Account Manager and Executive Assistant at British Standards Institute (BSI), Michelle was with BSI for 15 years, joining them in the UK and then relocating to Australia to help with the setup of the Australian office. Throughout her 15 years Michelle held various positions from project support, Executive Support, Managing a number of teams and Key Account Management.

Michelle has completed a number of industry training courses including a Cert IV in Frontline Management, ISO 9001:2008 requirements course, Executive Assistants course, First Aid training and many other company run courses.

Michelle is based in Sydney.
