Richard Tullo

Richard is a highly experienced and successful rail professional with 34 years in the rail industry in both Australia and UK from front line operative, to senior leadership / management roles within complex Maintenance and Asset Management environments. He is a highly accomplished and experienced senior leader operating at all levels of stakeholder management delivering high-profile Network Rail programmes.

Richard Joined Network Rail Consulting in October 2021, transferring over from Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd becoming the Director Asset Management & Maintenance – Australia.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Richard spent 2 years as a Senior Programme Manager with Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd in the UK delivering safety, intelligent infrastructure, and Engineering programmes. The 7.5 years prior to that Richard was an Infrastructure Delivery Unit Manager for 2 delivery units delivering front line, day to day operational maintenance activities. He has spent 7 years previously working in Australia for ARTC. Richard started his career with British Rail working from front line delivery to a senior management position from signalling construction, maintenance, design, testing & commissioning and operational & maintenance delivery.

Richard is a time served professional and has also attained qualifications with post graduate certificates in Professional Management, Adelaide University, Business Leaders Programme, Warwick University, Leadership Development Industry Leader, Penna (NR) and is a Level 1 Certified International Configuration Manager, Configuration Management Training Foundation Melbourne.

Richard is based in Melbourne.
