Suzie Pose

Suzie has over 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry ranging from the private sector, government organisations and employment services. She has extensive experience in managing recruitment campaigns from attraction to selection and exposure facilitating a variety of different job-related assessments.

Suzie joined Network Rail Consulting in June 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, partnering with our internal hiring managers and regional leadership teams in Australia to manage end-end recruitment activities for the region.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Suzie was a Recruitment Business Partner at Global Talent Agency, leading the service delivery and account management for a portfolio of client organisations. Prior to this, Suzie spent over 3 and a half years at Transport for NSW within the Talent Team ranging from different positions as a Volume Talent Specialist, Talent Specialist and Talent Scout. She has a wealth of experience manging high volume recruitment campaigns for Sydney Trains and had the opportunity to work on the Evolving Transport Restructure, managing internal and external recruitment activities for the Regional & Outer Metropolitan division of Transport for NSW.

Suzie is based in Sydney.
