Victor has over 30 years’ experience in the Human Resource sector, including over 15 years in the transport field in Australia. His experience has covered holding senior management positions within both private and government organisations in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Victor joined Network Rail Consulting in January 2019 to lead its Human Resource (HR) function in Australia. His HR responsibilities at Network Rail Consulting in Australia have covered areas including recruitment and retention, induction, equity diversity and inclusion, training and development, succession planning, performance management, policy development and payroll.
Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Victor held senior Human Resource management positions at Transperth and the Department of Transport in Western Australia and State Transit and NSW Trains in New South Wales.
Victor has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business (BBus) from Curtin University. He is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
Victor is based in Sydney.
