Abigail Cahen

Abigail has 6 years of experience managing the successful delivery of construction projects. Her management expertise spans all phases of construction, from permitting to handover. This includes a breadth of knowledge in subcontract management, field operations and safety, cost control, and cross-discipline coordination.

Abigail joined Network Rail Consulting in May 2022 as a Project Interface Coordinator.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Abigail worked in the construction industry as an Assistant Project Manager for general contractors in the Mid-Atlantic and New York regions.

She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Abigail is currently based in Washington, DC.
