Farzaneh Bozorgi

Farzaneh has over 10 years’ experience in proposal management, marketing, and business development across engineering and infrastructure sector. She has led and supported multidisciplinary bids in transportation, rail and transit, aviation-linked infrastructure, planning, and electrical/power engineering. Farzaneh brings strong expertise in win strategy development and shaping technical inputs into persuasive, client focused proposal narratives.

Farzaneh joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in February 2026 as a Senior Proposal & Bid Support Specialist to lead proposal development and support strategic business growth across Canada.

Prior to joining NRC, Farzaneh was a Proposal Coordinator at Mott MacDonald in Canada, where she successfully led winning proposals. Earlier in her career, she held Proposal Coordinator roles within the architecture and energy industries.

Farzaneh is an active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and holds APMP’s Foundation-Level Certification in Bid and Proposal Management. She has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Canada and a BA in Architecture from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran.

Farzaneh is based in Toronto.
