Fitzroy Ellis

Fitzroy (Fitz) has over 9 years of experience in the recruitment industry within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector. He has extensive experience and a proven track record within the Recruitment sector as a Talent Acquisition professional, generating, monitoring talent pipelines and future hiring needs. He has excellent understanding of human resource management, talent life cycle, executive search, recruiting strategies, learning and development.

Fitzroy joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in August 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, partnering with internal hiring managers and regional leadership teams in the US to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the region.

Prior to joining NRC, Fitz worked within the Talent Acquisition space for AEC firms within the Construction, Engineering, Real Estate & Environmental sectors.

Fitzroy is a member of Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Plymouth. In 2025 he obtained a qualification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty.
