Janey Bell

Janey is an experienced project manager with nearly 10 years’ experience in the safe and successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects, with a focus on clear governance strategies, safety management, project development, and stakeholder management.

Janey’s career to date has included over seven years spent working on the Thameslink Program in the UK, a £7bn project designed to transform north to south rail travel through London. As part of the Thameslink Program, Janey undertook various roles on the London Bridge Station Redevelopment, overseeing the delivery of the new world class transportation facility while managing the impact on day-to-day station operations. She has extensive experience in successful management of stakeholders at every level, and believes collaboration is key to effective project delivery.

Janey joined Network Rail Consulting in 2020 and is the Associate Director, Stations & Commercial Project Development based in New York, USA.
