Katie Millar

Katie is an accomplished project management professional with over 4 years of experience supporting complex infrastructure projects across global markets. She has a proven track record of managing and coordinating large-scale transportation projects from inception to completion, and is skilled in budget and financial management, quantitative analysis, contract and commercial development, and process optimization.

Katie joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in 2025 as a Project Management Assistant.

Prior to joining NRC, Katie was a Project Coordinator at Mott MacDonald where she worked on international infrastructure projects in the transportation, energy, and water sectors. Previously, Katie spent three years working in London, where she gained experience on both international and regional infrastructure projects.

Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Lafayette College, and a Master of Science in Research for International Development from SOAS University of London.

Katie is based in New York.
