Kristin Stiles

Kristin began her career in the railroad industry in 2015 in the Human Resources department supporting the training and certification of front-line workforce. She went on to lead the project that restructured and revived training programs for safety critical employees. Kristin joined the MBTA Positive Train Control (PTC) project in 2017 where she assumed responsibility for assessing the impact to training programs as a result of the introduction of the PTC system, developed plans and coordinated all employee training to support the project goals. When initial training for all front-line workforce was complete, Kristin continued to support and serve the PTC project as the Project Administrator.

Kristin shifted to the Supplemental Work Division to lead and manage a project portfolio of over 30 construction and infrastructure projects for the Buildings and Bridges (B&B) and Facilities department. She then went on to lead the Automatic Train Control (ATC) project as the ATC Project Director where she managed all aspects of project delivery.

Kris joined Network Rail Consulting in September of 2022.

Prior to joining NRC, Kris served as the ATC Project Director, on the operator side, supporting the MBTA PTC/ATC project with construction support, testing and commissioning, back-office integration, and project administration. Kris also worked in learning and development leading teams through the instructional design process for the FRA 243 training standards project for the MBTA commuter rail.

Kris has a bachelors in human resource management, holds her PMP and PMI-PBA certification through PMI, and is also certified in instructional design and applied business analytics.

Kris is based on Boston, MA.
