Michael McNulty

Michael is a resourceful, ambitious and highly self-motivated individual, with significant rail experience and a comprehensive knowledge of signalling principles, systems and applications. He is accomplished in driving strategy, vision and continuous improvement through Asset Management, Project Engineering and Maintenance Delivery in order to ensure that a safe, reliable and efficient service is being provided to the customer.

Prior to Michael joining Network Rail Consulting in 2019, he spent 14 years with Network Rail UK, operating in multiple roles through the Infrastructure Maintenance and Route Asset Management functions.

Michael is a member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He has a BEng in Signal Engineering and has successfully completed the full IRSE Examination Award.
