Spencer Czajkowski

Spencer has worked in the rail industry since 2014, in both freight and transit agencies. He has acquired practical experience on both the maintenance and engineering aspects of the rail industry.

Spencer joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in February 2023 to provide track subject matter expertise in support of NRC contracts in the Northeast Region.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Spencer managed Division Engineering for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, which provided direct engineering support for maintenance personnel. Before this, Spencer worked for a Class 1 Freight Rail company based in the Cincinnati area performing routine track maintenance and inspections.

Spencer is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Virginia and has a BS in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

Spencer is based in Washington DC.
