Theodore Trefonides
Theodore has experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to conduct demographic and network analysis of transit systems, investigate access to public health resources, and support environmental research.
Theodore joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in August 2024 as a Data Analyst for rail and transit.
Prior to joining NRC Theodore worked as a Research Assistant with the Spatiotemporal Innovation Center, a GIS research institute hosted at Harvard University and George Mason University. In this role Theodore used remote sensing and machine learning to model air pollution exposure at highly local scales. Additionally, he developed acquisition and processing workflows for environmental, spatial, and infrastructure data.
Theodore holds a BA in geography from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
