Jeannette Frett

Named Chief Human Resources Officer of the North America division of Network Rail Consulting in 2017, Jeannette leads the strategic and operational human capital portfolio for the United States and Canada. 

Jeannette Frett joined Network Rail Consulting Inc. after twenty-five years in international human resources, higher education and community development roles at various organizations.  She was senior vice president at Banco Popular, vice president of recruiting at Fannie Mae, chief talent acquisition officer at Howard University and director of international staffing and human resources at Verizon. While at Banco Popular, Jeannette designed and implemented a human resources strategy that transformed the organization’s culture, resulting in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For award.

Jeannette, passionate about helping individuals, communities and organizations began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia, Africa and later transitioned into human resources and higher education where she continued to support the professional development of talent. She has also served in various community and volunteer roles as an envoy for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games where she supported the olympic team of Sierra Leone, Africa; Vice President of the Global Forum Board of Directors for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Founding Member and Board Member for the Institution of Inclusion. Jeannette will attain her doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2018.
