Patricia Povlitz

Patricia Povlitz joined Network Rail Consulting in April 2019 as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Regional HR Lead for North America, bringing over 20 years of seasoned human resources experience, much of it earned in a consulting environment.  Trish started her human resources career in executive recruiting with Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture, and has had a natural progression of roles and responsibilities, including global senior management positions in various functional areas such as business process outsourcing and shared services. Trish has deep expertise across all phases of planning and managing the full employee life cycle with a few other professional services organizations such as Avanade, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and most recently with a regional not-for-profit health insurance carrier.  

Leveraging a depth and breadth of global strategic leadership capabilities and hands-on HR operational management experience, Trish is using her strengths in workforce planning and mobilization, as well as performance and project management to advance core HR processes and infrastructure for Network Rail Consulting in North America.  Trish is also drawing from her expertise in talent assessment, development and optimization to improve scalability and efficiency that can better enable this growing consultancy and its team to meet the rapidly increasing business demand.

Trish is a certified HR Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Maryland in College Park.  For over 9 years, Trish was Accenture’s Corporate Advisor to the Undergraduate School of Business at the University of Maryland and now volunteers in the local community, with veterans and homeless advocacy groups, and at area high schools and colleges by giving workshops on writing CVs and improving interviewing skills.  Trish also provides individual and group coaching on public speaking, general professionalism, and transitioning into the working world.
