Network Rail Consulting selected as Integration and Assurance partner for Sydney’s planned timetable changes during 2018/19

Network Rail Consulting is pleased to announce our selection as Integration and Assurance partner for Sydney’s planned timetable changes during 2018/19. This is a key enabler to Sydney Metro Northwest and the year-long assignment has been sponsored by Transport for New South Wales working in collaboration with Sydney Trains’ Future Network Delivery (FND) Directorate.

The core offering centres on supporting the overall FND program team with Operational Readiness, Change Management, Safety Assurance, Human Factors and PMO expertise (including scheduling & program delivery risk) - with a client option for further technical/engineering support depending on the issues emerging. Strategic direction will come from Network Rail Consulting’s Mark Pettigrew (Regional Director for ANZ), with Stuart Buckley (Associate Director, Change and Integration for ANZ) providing day-to-day project management, building on his successful safety assurance role across Sydney Trains’ maintenance changes for the 2017 timetable.
