Callum Blow

Callum is a Maintenance Integration specialist, with a focus on maintenance concept development, procedure writing and systems engineering/assurance. Callum has worked within both project delivery organisations and rail operators to support complex systems integration projects.

Callum joined Network Rail Consulting as a Managing Consultant Asset Management and Maintenance in October 2023 to support the build-up of NRC’s Australian Maintenance Integration capability.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Callum worked for Metro Trains Melbourne, serving as the Maintenance Integration Manager on the Rail Network Alliance package of the Metro Tunnel Project. This role involved providing maintenance integration subject matter expertise to introduce a number of complex systems, most notably Melbourne’s first CBTC signalling system.

Callum has a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Product Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, as well as qualifications in Project Management.

Callum is based in Melbourne.
