Cameron Downey

Cameron is an experienced leader and project/program manager who has created teams and driven results in the rail industry. He has delivered system integration, infrastructure improvements and designs across high profile rail systems in the UK and Australia. 

Currently Cameron is a leader for the System Integrator on the Digital Systems Program delivering the roll out of ETCS Level 2, ATO and TMS for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW). Prior to this Cameron created and initiated a new portfolio management office for £2bn capital expenditure in the UK. He has delivered complex multi-disciplinary rail systems projects across the busiest areas of the UK rail network. He is well practiced working as a client, principal contractor and consultant and has led and successfully delivered some of the most high-risk rail closures on the UK's infrastructure in the last few years.
