Christopher Black

Chris is a program director with 12-years rail experience working on major infrastructure projects.

Chris joined Network Rail Consulting in May 2023 as Project Director for System Integration on the Digital Systems Program, delivering the roll out of ETCS Level 2, ATO and TMS for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW).

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Chris held program leadership roles on East West Rail and three major Network Rail infrastructure projects: East Coast Digital Program £1.9bn, Midland Mainline Electrification £1.5bn and Crossrail On-Network Works £2.3bn.

Chris is based in Sydney.
