Ricky Taylor

Ricky has over 10 years’ experience in the transport industry, with specific expertise in railway asset management and maintenance. He spent a number of years leading multi discipline teams in the UK to deliver operational and maintenance readiness for Transport for London’s major programmes. He also has experience working as a management consultant within public sector and transport organisations, developing and delivery business strategy and organisational change.

Ricky joined Network Rail Consulting in February 2024 as Managing Consultant within the Asset Management and Maintenance team.

Prior to joining NRC, Ricky was the Delivery Manager at McKinsey & Company in their London office, specialising in PMO and governance, Project Management, Asset Management and Process Improvement. Ricky spent 7 years with Transport for London (London Underground) in various roles including Lead Asset Delivery Manager, where he managed asset and maintenance readiness delivery across the TfL’s major programmes portfolio.

Ricky is member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and has qualifications from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), also a Diploma in Management from Westminster College.

Ricky is based in Brisbane.
