Roger O’Donnell

Roger has over thirty years’ experience in the transport and logistics sectors, including 15 years as a rail consultant. His experience includes team leadership, business development and project delivery for assignments across Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and the Middle East.

Roger joined Network Rail Consulting in March 2023 as State Manager for Victoria. Roger is responsible for leading the Victorian team, continuing to expand NRC’s presence in Victoria, managing client accounts, and leading the delivery of projects.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Roger was a Senior Associate within the Transport Team at Advisian. Before this, he was Land Transport Manager at AWB Limited, responsible for the haulage of up to 18 million tonnes of grain annually to export terminals across Australia. Roger commenced his transport career within the Public Transport Corporation of Victoria, joining as a graduate and moving to manage the capital investment program for its rail freight business.

Roger has a Commerce Degree with majors in Economics and Marketing from Deakin University.

Roger is based in Melbourne.
