Chantel Austin

Chantel Austin has over 12 years of Human Resources experience working both in the corporate and non-profit sector. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration.

She holds a Master’s in science in Urban Affairs from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s in science in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. Chantel is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).
