Tina Bui

Tina has over 11 years' experience in the Traffic Operations industry. She has extensive knowledge in highway and traffic signal design, traffic safety analyses, traffic management, emergency and evacuation planning, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). She is also knowledgeable in transit operations and maintenance, particularly through stakeholder management and operational procedures and policies development for D.C. Metro.

Tina joined Network Rail Consulting in November 2022 as a Managing Consultant.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Tina was a Senior Consultant at WSP USA specializing in various transportation planning and design projects. Before that, she spent eight years in other engineering consulting firms such as Jacobs, Iteris and IBI Group to name a few, all with a focus in traffic engineering.

Tina is a licensed Professional Engineer in Transportation. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, with minors in Project Management and Spanish.

Tina is based in Washington, D.C.
