Andrew Mark

Andrew has over 20 years' international business experience in the consultancy sector, 15 years of which within the transport sector. He has a broad range of technical experience in delivering Metro, Light Rail, Conventional and High Speed projects across all lifecycle stages. He has held Technical & Project Director roles, and has provided strategic consultancy to a variety of international clients, bids and projects.

Andrew joined Network Rail Consulting UK Technical Team in February 2024, to further expand the Global Systems Integration Capability.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Andrew was Director of Systems Engineering & Assurance Systra Ltd for over 8 years. Before this, Andrew held a Senior Integration Consultant position with Parsons Brinkerhoff (now WSP) delivering a multitude of complex infrastructure programmes in rail and the built environment. Prior to this Andrew was a senior member of the Systems Engineering team with Atkins (now Atkins Realis) developing capability and diversity across market sectors.

Andrew is a Chartered member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and a Member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). He has BEng (hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics from Brunel University London.

Andrew is based in London.
