Amanda Lopez

Amanda Lopez has over a decade of administrative experience. Widely recognised for her ability to drive operational excellence, Amanda has managed and developed inventory systems, fostered collaboration across multi-functional teams, and maintained key operational partnerships for multiple organisations.

Amanda joined Network Rail Consulting in November 2023, to support with the operation and running of the Regional Offices, as well as support and enable the US teams in Network Rail Consulting’s (NRC) international consultancy business as Team Organizer.

Prior to joining NRC , Amanda was Senior Administrative Support Specialist to high-profile beauty brands at Maesa Beauty, the largest independent beauty incubator in the world of cosmetics. As testament of her expertise, Amanda has spent the last 10 years assisting with day-to-day operations by optimising time management systems, collaborating with external stakeholders and internal teams, administering purchase orders with efficiency, overseeing timely procurement of goods and vendor services with success, orchestrating off-site events and marketing campaigns, and forecasting comprehensive data to ensure the efficacy of the workplace.

A certified Medical Assistant, Amanda pursued her education in Liberal Arts and Science at B.C. College.

Based in New York City, Amanda brings a wealth of administrative skills and operational acumen to her professional roles.
