Céline Teodoro

Céline has nearly 20 years’ experience in providing marketing, proposal, and business support for architecture and engineers firms. In that capacity, she has worked on high value proposal submissions, streamlined marketing department processes, created marketing plans and has provided strategic input in both business administration and development.

Céline joined NRC in 2023, tasked with supporting the North American region with marketing and proposal development.

Prior to joining Network Rail Consulting, Céline’s work experience included all aspects of the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, providing her with well-rounded understanding of project team dynamics and communication styles.

Céline has a MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University, a Leadership Advancement Certificate from the University of Maryland, and is a Foundations Certified Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Celine is based in Washington, DC.
