Jennifer Walsh

Jennifer has over 40 years' finance and contract experience and 12 years as a resource manager on the California High-Speed Rail project. She has extensive experience in leading and managing contracts and budgets to the end of a project. Jennifer also has significant performance audit experience with school districts to ensure the district is following the bonds rules and regulations.

Jennifer joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) in February 2024 to support the California High-Speed Rail in the contract management section of the program, to ensure a smooth transition of staff approvals and invoice submittals, and to support a successful program. Prior to joining NRC, Jennifer was Assistant Vise President with WSP USA for over 12 years. Before this, she spent 11 years with Capital Program Management joining as an assistant project manager and rising to a program manager, and prior to that as an accountant for a Trust office.

Jennifer has multiple certificates in accounting and project management, and awards in technical submissions, she is attending classes to attain her PMP certification.

Jennifer is based in Sacramento.
