With over 15 years of experience in the transportation and construction engineering sectors, Justin Savage is a seasoned professional known for his dynamic approach and unwavering dedication to excellence. His expertise spans various facets of infrastructure development, including project management, system implementation, and technical analysis. Justin’s background in Communication Based Train Control equips him with a keen understanding of complex systems and a passion for driving projects forward with precision and efficiency.

Justin joined Network Rail Consultanting (NRC) in February of 2024 as a Railroad Infrastructure Engineer, bringing his wealth of experience and leadership skills to the team. His commitment to innovation and his ability to navigate challenging projects make him a valuable asset to NRC’s mission of delivering high-quality consultancy services in the transportation sector.

Before joining NRC, Justin held significant positions at Parsons Corporation, Bombardier (ALSTOM), and Amtrak, where he honed his expertise in construction engineering and project management. As a Senior Construction Engineer at Parsons, Justin led diverse projects, including the New Jersey Transit (NJT) Positive Train Control System and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Bus Radio System. His tenure at Amtrak as a C&S Maintainer and Positive Train Control Inspector further solidified his technical skills and industry knowledge.

Justin is also an active memberships in his community. Justin is the founder of STEAM for ME, an innovative Non-Profit that introduce BIPOC youth of underserved communities in New Jersey to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math, fostering a love for learning and exploration. Justin is deeply committed to making a positive impact in his community through his work and volunteer efforts.
