David Kippax

David has over 20 years’ experience in the rail industry within both the UK and the Middle East. David is a self-motivated, hardworking, organised, and dependable Network Operations Manager who takes great pride in leading and managing a safe and reliable operational railway for all customers, passengers and railway employees.

David joins us from Network Rail as the Operations Manager for the Manchester Inner & Outer where he was responsible for leading the management of the 10 Local Operations Managers and their teams to create an engaged and motivated working environment focussed on safety, performance and the customer, in line with company standards and processes.

David is currently working as part of the team delivering the North-South Railway in Saudi Arabia, constructed by the Saudi Railway Company (SAR).
